Ebbfall

Ebbfall privacy policy

Effective from 24 October 2026.

Short version: Ebbfall does not collect, send to a server, or share any personal information about you.

Ebbfall is still in development. This page describes how the game is designed to work. If that ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page and the game's App Store privacy information will be updated before the change is released.

Who is responsible

Ebbfall is an independent game made in the United Kingdom, published under the name Ebbfall. You can contact me about this policy at privacy@nexaztra.com.

What the game does with your information

Purchases

Ebbfall is planned to have one optional purchase that unlocks the full game. Apple handles the purchase and the payment. I do not see or store your card or payment details. Apple tells me, in summary form, how many copies were sold; it does not tell me who you are.

Information Apple may collect

If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" in your iPhone or iPad settings, Apple may send me anonymous crash and usage reports through App Store Connect. These reports are collected by Apple, are not tied to your identity, and are not part of the game's own code. You can switch this off at any time in your device settings (Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements).

If you back up your device to iCloud or to a computer, Apple may include the game's save file in that backup. That is controlled by you and Apple, not by me.

This website

This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes standard technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver and protect the site. If you email me, I use your email address only to reply.

Children

Ebbfall is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it does not collect any from children either.

Keeping or deleting your data

Your progress lives only on your device. To delete it, delete the game from your device. If you bought the full game, you can restore the purchase after reinstalling, using the "Restore purchases" button.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data that an organisation holds about you, including access, correction and deletion. The game holds none, so there is nothing to access or delete, but you are welcome to contact me at privacy@nexaztra.com with any question. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
